Besides holding a camera, I'm also a translator/interpreter, teacher... And I hope the list can be expanded in the years to come. Hit me up. I love making friends.
I didn't start out trying to do photography.
And I'm still trying to figure out where life is leading me.
I was born in a small village in Northeast China. Since I was a kid, I’d always dreamed of doing bigger things. First, it was becoming a news anchor, influenced by the wishes of my mother. But I ended up studying English in university.
When I discovered Shakespear in university, I found my passion in plays and thought I may try out acting when I have more money. I never made it to any acting classes, but I bought my first camera a few years, in the hope of getting into vlogging, and ended up spending a lot of time snapping photos.
Since everyone has a phone for a camera these days, everyone is a photographer. Unlike a phone, a camera grants privileges like not getting scolded when pointing the lens at a strangers, and makes it easier for a socially awkward person like me to reach out and get to know people.
Starting off amateurishly, I’m still trying to figure out my language and my purpose. But I know I enjoy taking photos. At the same time, I want to do more than taking photos. I want to be more…
100%Heart of gold
When, while the lovely valley teems with vapour around me, and the meridian sun strikes the upper surface of the impenetrable foliage of my trees.
The energy of the mind is the essence of life.
Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.
The noblest pleasure is the joy of understanding.
